Deenazad is a seasoned legal professional holding 10 years of experience in the legal arena. He holds a bachelor of Laws and a Commonwealth Executive MBA.

He is a member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors. Mohammad started his career at Lambeth Sollicitors and he later joined the legal department of the Mauritius Housing Co. Ltd. He pursued his career as Corporate Secretarial professional with a leading company secretary firm before joining Anglo Legal Ltd. Mohammad has been in the Kalis group for 5 years and he manages the group legal, compliance and administration matters. He is also involved in HR, corporate law, objection amd tax matters.

Mohammad also acts as group company secretary. He has also recently developed an interest for project management and he is the Chairman of the Project Monitoring Committee of the group.
