Rajeev Pedaddu (Dr) - Programme Officer and Centre Manager

 Rajeev is a senior lecturer and co-founder of the Premium Business School. He is our expert in subjects relating to ICT. He is a very skilled and knowledgeable ICT specialist with excellent implementation and troubleshooting abilities together with a top proficiency in Advanced Information Technology.
 
Rajeev is very popular and is very much in demand for his tremendous classes in Cyber Security. In fact there are many requests both from the private and public sector for his classes in this important area.
 
He is the Senior Manager (ICT Services) of an important Group of Companies based in the capital. He has more than 18 years experience in ICT Engineering, Management, Research & Development, Leadership and Mentoring.
 
Rajeev is graduated in Management Information Systems, holds a PhD in Cybersecurity, an MBA and a Postgraduate in Enterprise Security & Forensic Digital Investigation.

Ghulnaaz Sohawon - Admin Manager

 Ms. Ghulnaaz Sohawon is an experienced Administration Manager and professional trainer with over 15 years of expertise in administrative leadership, operations management, customer service, and organizational coordination across diverse sectors.

As Administrative Manager at Premium Business School Ltd, she oversees administrative and operational functions, ensuring efficient workflows, compliance, audit coordination, and effective cross-departmental collaboration.

She also serves as a Trainer with PBS and a Registered Trainer with the Mauritius Qualifications Authority, delivering training in administrative practices, customer service excellence, and office management. Backed by a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and an MBA from the Open University of Mauritius, she combines strong academic knowledge with practical experience to support operational efficiency, service quality, and organizational effectiveness.

Mr Fawaaz Lallmahomede - Head of Engineering

 Fawaaz joined the School as a senior lecturer in Engineering, Leadership, Management, Communication and Mentoring. He has since taught a wide range of courses on Diploma and Advanced Diploma on Association of Business Executives (ABE, UK) and for companies. He adopts an interactive and participative method of teaching that is very much appreciated by his students. In fact the pass rate of his students has always been high.
 
Fawaaz is the Senior Manager of the Kalis Group of Companies for over five years now. He is a specialist in Photovoltaics Design and Implementation. His role within the Group includes providing support, mentoring & training his fellow colleague engineers and technicians.
 
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
